Cancel before trial end or renewal to avoid charges. Paid periods are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by Skylark Digital Assets LLC at its sole discretion.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions to SkylarkOS are billed in advance on an annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Skylark Digital Assets LLC (through its payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on the billing date.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and current.

2. Free Trials

New users may be offered a free trial period (currently 5 days) before conversion to a paid subscription. Free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled before trial expiration.

You are solely responsible for canceling before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged. The Company does not issue automatic refunds for charges that result from failure to cancel before trial conversion.

Trial eligibility is subject to the Company's abuse-prevention policies. Users who have previously used a free trial may not be eligible for a second trial.

3. Annual Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew. Renewal charges are applied to the payment method on file at the start of each new billing year.

The Company may send advance renewal reminder communications where practicable, but is not obligated to do so. Failure to receive a reminder does not entitle you to a refund of renewal charges.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at banking@theskylarkframework.com or through any account management tools available in your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. Following cancellation, your access to the platform generally continues until the end of the current paid period, after which access will be discontinued.

5. Refund Policy

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. The Company does not guarantee refunds for any reason including change of mind, partial usage, dissatisfaction with features, or failure to use the subscription.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds, partial refunds, account credits, or goodwill subscription extensions on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors including:

Discretionary refunds or credits issued in one instance do not create an obligation for the Company to issue refunds in future instances.

6. Situations Where Refunds May Be Denied

The Company may deny refund requests in the following circumstances (without limitation):

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted to banking@theskylarkframework.com with the following information:

The Company will review requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support promptly. The Company aims to resolve billing errors efficiently.

8. Payment Processor Note

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Refund timing — once approved — may depend on the payment processor and the user's bank or card issuer. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though timing varies.

The Company does not control the timing of refund processing by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

9. Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or refund laws in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides for mandatory refund rights, those rights are not waived by this policy.
