Account & Identity Information: Name (optional), email address, password (hashed), account creation date, subscription tier, and trial status.

Subscription & Billing Metadata: Subscription plan, billing dates, trial conversion events, and payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy practices.

Authentication & Security Logs: Login timestamps, IP addresses used at login, session tokens, 2FA status, failed login attempts, password reset events.

Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referrer URL collected automatically when you use the platform.

Usage & Analytics Data: Page views, session IDs, time on page, feature interactions, CTA clicks, trial/signup/upgrade events, UTM parameters, and referral source data tracked through our first-party analytics system and Plausible Analytics.

AI Chat Inputs & Outputs: Prompts, questions, and messages submitted to AI chat features, and AI-generated responses. These may be used to improve platform features and AI quality, subject to applicable provider agreements.

Support Communications: Email correspondence, bug reports, and support requests submitted to us.

Uploaded Content: Files or content uploaded to platform features where applicable.

The platform uses cookies and browser session storage for authentication (login tokens), user preference storage (theme settings), and session tracking for analytics purposes. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics provider that does not set cross-site tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information at the analytics level.
